F. Cody or "Buffalo Bill," Whig Party politician Edward Everett, Confederate Army General A. P. Hill, Confederate Army General J. E. B. Stuart, Union Army General and Senator Ambrose Everett Burnside, Union General George Meade, and Union General John McClernand.

The collection contains manuscripts and correspondence by poet Clara Niggemann.

The Clark Mixon Emery papers consists of materials regarding the 20th century modernist expatriate American poet Ezra Pound (1885-1972).

A total of 53 letters and postcards by Ezra Pound addressed mostly to Emery written from September 4th, 1951 to August 1st, 1959 are held in this collection, predominantly written during Pound's stay in the St. Elizabeth Hospital where he was treated for mental illness until 1958. Some letters by his wife Dorothy are included as well. Most of the letters are typed, and about half are signed. Many of the letters concern Emery's work on his 1958 monograph Ideas Into Action; A Study of Pound's Cantos. In others Pound writes about his complacency in the hospital and his eagerness to depart, and discusses the work of Emery's student Ronald Perry. In addition to the letters the envelopes are preserved as well. Photocopies of the letters and envelopes are included in the collection.

Other correspondence held in the collection concerns Ezra Pound and his Cantos. These include letters from Pound's daughter, Mary de Rachewitz, to Emery; letters from Sheri Martinelli and Ronald Perry, also 20th century American poets, to Emery; a letter from Walton Brooks McDaniel, former teacher and friend of Pound, to Archie McNeal, former university librarian of the University of Miami Libraries, regarding Emery's work on Pound; and photocopies of other letters by Pound not addressed to Emery. Some of Ronald Perry's poetry, and two photographs of Sherri Martinelli's paintings of Ezra Pound, are included as well.

The other materials in the collection are as follows: essays by and about Pound from the 1950s; transcripts of broadcasts by Pound from December 7, 1941 to June 28, 1942; The Analyst, "A Guide to Ezra's Cantos"; a January 1948 issue of "Four Pages," regarding Pound's poetry; an "Ezra Pound for President" pamphlet; The Pound newsletter #1-10 from January 1954 to April 1956; Strike periodical #1-3, #5-6, #8-10 from June 1955 to June 1956; Amagogic & Paideuminic Review #5-6 and an October 1959 issue; a 1952 typescript titled "Die Pisaner Gesänge" by Rainer M. Gerhardt; and other periodicals, newspapers, and clippings.

Clipper Pioneers is an organization of former Pan Am pilots and flight crew. This collection includes Pan Am records such as memoranda, flight manuals, and accident reports as well as clippings, log books, pilot files, scrapbooks and photographs.

Founded in 1912, the Coco Plum Woman's Club is one of the oldest community service organizations in Dade County and a long-standing member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), and this collection documents their commitment over the past century to making improvements and enriching local neighborhoods through vigorous fundraising and other various projects, such as implementing a library that remained open for 56 years and aiding war efforts during World War I and World War II . Their clubhouse on Sunset Road is now a government-designated historical landmark in order to preserve the rich history of the club and to honor their dedication to improving the community at large. Contents within the collection include newspaper clippings, photographs, legal documents, ephemera, scrapbooks, and other miscellaneous documents pertaining to the club's activities since its inception.

Established in 1951, the Coconut Grove Garden Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the study, practice, and appreciation of horticulture. This collection contains photograph albums, Plymouth Congregational Church registers, and other records held by the Coconut Grove Garden Club.

The Coconut Grove Playhouse records contain playbills, promotional/marketing material, posters, press releases, news clippings, financial files, grant files, personnel files, show and production files, play scripts, and audio-visual materials (photographs, CDs, vinyl records, floppy disks, VHS, film reels, betacam tapes, audiocassette tapes) pertaining to the theater's operation from the 1970s to its closing in 2006.

The Collazo Family Papers document the commercial activities of Bernardo Collazo (1820s-1830s); Juan Collazo y Gil and Viuda de Collazo e Hijo, and Enrique Collazo (1830s-1890s).  The Papers include the correspondence about their commercial activities in the Caribbean.

The bulk of material consists of bonds of Cuban Railroad Company and the Republic of Cuba National Bank, and money printed in Cuba before 1959.  The material also includes Havana Yacht Club magazine from February 1955 .

The Colonia Cubana de Costa Rica Records contains five minute books from 1969 to 1983 of the Colonia Cubana de Costa Rica Cuban exile organization.

The minute books document the activities and discussions that took place during meetings of the members of the organization.

The records contain legal cases, research files, correspondence, audio-visual materials (VHS, CD-ROM, audiocassettes, microcassettes), and trial notes from the Miami Community Justice Project. Topics covered include development for low income housing, gentrification, public housing, and privately run detention centers. In particular, the materials discuss the Scott Homes/Hope VI housing revitalization plan and the Reese v. Miami-Dade County court case; the Sawyer's Walk (Overtown) and Crosswinds (Overtown) redevelopment projects; the Manuel et al. v. city of Lake Worth court case; and the Miami Workers Centers Transit HUB. Other organizations mentioned in the files include Power U Center for Social Change and Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC).

The Conchita Castanedo Papers contain political papers related to Conchita Castanedo (1903-1985), a founder of the Partido Revolucionario Cubano (Auténtico) and one of Cuba's first female political activists.

The collection deals primarily with her activities in the Partido Revolucionario Cubano en el Exilio. Materials include correspondence, photographs, political pamphlets and leaflets, drafts of speeches, one recording on magnetic tape and personal notebooks.

The Conchita La Villa Collection contains the personal papers of Miami-based Cuban teacher, volunteer, and church leader Conchita La Villa. The collection includes correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings on her and various organizations' charitable work in Miami, journals, a manuscript on Cuban women in politics, stamps, and other memorabilia.

The collection contains minutes, bylaws, and documentation of conferences and programs held by the Cuban diaspora association Conciencia Cubana, Inc. The group's mission was to engage Cuban-American youth in discussions related to a post-Castro Cuba.

The materials include pamphlets related to the Confederación Campesina de Cuba, by-laws of the association and "El Manifesto de Montecristi."

The short-lived Confederate States of America produced more than 7,000 books, pamphlets, broadsides, maps, pieces of sheet music, pictures, and periodicals. The University of Miami Libraries holds over 700 individual imprints, most of which are legislative acts, political pamphlets, bills, reports, and military documents.

The records cover the organization's activities between 1991 and 2017.

In addition, its purpose is promoting Spanish traditions, history and culture. The materials consist of official correspondence, Public Acts, information about Spanish and Cuban History presented on various conferences, clippings and folders discussing Spanish castles, museums, cities and achievements of King Carlos III, as well as clippings about historical research of Dr. Carlos Fernandes-Shaw, the information about conferences, which took place at Koubek Center, Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, corporate and tax documents, financial records including budgets, minutes of meetings of directors, treasury correspondence, membership forms and materials with historical research for speeches.

The Cristina Saralegui Collection contains articles and materials related to TV personality Cristina Saralegui and her eponymous show on Univision. These include newspaper clippings, correspondence, advertisements, press releases, reviews, booklets, and invitations.

The Cronin papers consists primarily of Spanish poetry in manuscript form. However, there is also a notebook with personal reflections, a catalogue of "Teatro del Siglo XVI" (or 16th century theater), a list of authors and poems, cards with authors and poems, and a piece of sheet music.

The Cuba Transition Project Collection contains pamphlets, reports, periodicals and other publications of the Cuba Transition Project, an undertaking of the Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS) at the University of Miami that "stud[ies] and make[s] recommendations for the reconstruction of Cuba once the post-Castro transition begins in earnest."

Established in 2002, the project was supported by grants from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) until 2010.

The Cuban and Florida Inquisition Research Collection contains research materials, including photocopies of scholarly works, primary sources and research notes relating to the Spanish Inquisition in Cuba and Florida compiled by Eugenio A. Alonso López.

The collection also contains a copy of his award-winning paper "Mohinas de la Inquisición."
