The records cover the organization's activities between 1991 and 2017.

The papers of Romanian artists Ticu Aramescu and his sister, Gigi Aramescu Anderson, contain exhibit programs, newspaper clippings, photographs of Gigi's paintings and of Ticu's sculptures. Newspaper clippings from Crónica, The Miami News, and Romanian newspapers, dated 1966-1981, cover exhibitions of the artists' works.

Exhibition programs from the Norton Gallery and Miami Museum of Modern Art document individual and joint showings. The papers also contain photographs of Ticu Aramescu's sculptures and of Gigi's paintings. Photographs also include several of Gigi Aramescu's presentation at Drury College in Springfield, New Jersey as well as sculpture and paintings from her home. Titles identify most of the photographed artworks.

Coral Gables Garden Club records

Originally conceived and organized in 1925, the Coral Gables Garden Club has served the local city of Coral Gables in its planning by helping create and nurture its many gardens and beautiful landscapes. The club was founded by Eunice Peacock Merrick and Althea Merrick out of a shared love of horticulture and has grown considerably since then and maintained their commitment to civic improvement through gardening. Today, the club is composed of 150 community members who actively contribute to Coral Gables' local institutions and businesses, including providing scholarships and educational programs, as well as assisting youth-oriented gardening clubs.

Their records contain scrapbooks, meeting minutes, president papers, yearbooks, guestbooks, photographs, programs, pamphlets, news clippings, awards, ephemera, administrative documents, and other archival materials, all pertaining to the club and its various events and initiatives over the years.

The Cordovés & Bolaños Families Collection contains letters, clippings, documents, and photographs from Cuba's Wars of Independence and the Bay of Pigs Invasion.

The collection contains materials from the Cuban Wars of Independence, including signed letters from famous Cuban statesmen of the period. A separate series contains articles and photographs relating to the Bay of Pigs invasion, as well as photos of Fidel Castro in a meeting with Pedro Tinoco, then-president of the Central Bank of Venezuela. The third series contains genealogical materials, namely photographs, family trees, and investigative research for the Bolaños, Cordovés and Mestre families.

The materials consist of official correspondence, Public Acts, information about Spanish and Cuban History presented on various conferences, clippings and folders discussing Spanish castles, museums, cities and achievements of King Carlos III, as well as clippings about historical research of Dr. Carlos Fernandes-Shaw, the information about conferences, which took place at Koubek Center, Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, corporate and tax documents, financial records including budgets, minutes of meetings of directors, treasury correspondence, membership forms and materials with historical research for speeches.
