The reports are in two volumes: Volume one published in July 1992 and volume two (marked "As Amended - 1993") in 1993.

Volume two also includes “Proposed Amendments to the Coral Gables Campus Design Manual by Barbara White, AIA, University Architect and Celeste Manolas, Associate University Architect” dated June 1, 1996 and “Proposed Amendments to the Coral Gables Campus Plan by Michael Dennis & Associates, Architecture and Urban Design and Rafael I. Peruyera, Campus Planning and Programing” dated June 1, 1995. Another report was added in 2011, the University Campus District annual report.

This collection consists of academic bulletins created and published by University of Miami from 1926 to 2005. The UM academic bulletins serve as an aid for undergraduate and graduate students who need information about the university's academic programs and course listings.

The University of Miami Board of Trustees I.O.F. records contains minutes; charters; ledgers; agendas; and financial, legislative, and administrative documents.

This collection captures the history of the University of Miami Biology Club. Contained within are administrative documents, correspondence, exams, financial records, laboratory notes, member lists, and member photographs.

This collection contains an array of materials that document the history and legacy of the University of Miami Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Contained within are photographs, audio-visual materials, publications, news and magazine clippings, sports statistics, contracts, questionnaires, and topical files.

The Alumni Association records collection contains organizational records, including bulletins, minutes of meetings, and newsletters, among other items.

The School of Music, Lucas Drew collection contains a varied selection of programs, news clippings, schedules, brochures, newsletters, and other miscellaneous papers, mainly from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music.

This album contains programs, invitations, photographs, and press coverage articles of the dedication ceremony which took place on March 26, 1970 at the University of Miami School of Music on the Coral Gables campus.

This collection contains architectural drawings in color of the Richter library renovation proposed in 1999-2003, including the Dauer Clock Tower. The University undertook major renovations from 1999 to 2003, which saw the addition of the Dr. Maxwell and Reva B. Dauer Clock Tower in 2000. The Roberto C. Goizueta Pavilion then opened in 2003 and now serves as the home of the Cuban Heritage Collection. The new design also added classrooms, conference rooms, and student group study rooms.

This collection contains materials created and collected by the Otto G. Richter Library's Administrative Office, including past position descriptions, search committee records, documents on past library faculty appointments, letters of commendation, curriculum vitae, evaluations, and correspondence.

A collection of negatives, photographs, color transparencies, audio-visual materials taken by Pyramid of University of Miami buildings and events.

The collection Preserving U: University of Miami Hurricanes Heritage Campaign contains 7 reports written in 2005 by the Alumni Team, Campus Team, Campus Media Team, Iron Arrow Team (2 reports), Media Team, and Student Government Team.

The campaign to collect memorabilia and preserve university history was a joint effort by Iron Arrow, the University of Miami libraries, the University of Miami Alumni Association, and Dr. Tilson's public relations campaigns classes.

This collection contains the historical records of the University of Miami's Phi Lambda Pi, the honor society for married women. These records include correspondence, clippings, newsletters, reports, yearbooks, and minutes dating from the 1970s to the 1990s.

This collection contains the administrative files created and compiled by the Office of the University Librarian during William Walker's tenure as the University of Miami University Librarian and Dean of Libraries.

This collection contains several University of Miami treasurer's reports, financial reports, reports from the Financial Affairs Division, budgets, and plans of operations.

This collection contains various tape reels from the Richter Library Information Management and Systems Division.

This collection contains applications, reports, memos, and other information regarding grants made to the Richter Library by the IMLS (Institute of Museum and Library Services).

This collection contains 9 black and white promotional photographs of classes taught in the Industrial Education Department of the University of Miami in 1951. The photographs show classes in bookbinding, printing, working with plastics and sheet metal, welding, and woodworking.  The size of the photos are 7.5 x 9.5 inches glued onto 8 x10 inch matte boards.

In addition, there are two press articles about the department (1954 and 1955) and brochures promoting the profession of industrial art teacher (no date).
