University of Miami Giving Day Memorabilia collection
The University of Miami celebrated its first annual Giving Day on April 8, 2019, which was a 24-hour online and social media extravaganza that brought together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the UM community in an effort to support, celebrate, and give back to the University. This particular day was chosen because the University of Miami was officially incorporated on April 8, 1925.
The collection contains a cardboard "giving box," filled with promotional posters, flyers, postcards, and other memorabilia, such as a luggage tag, balloons, an acrylic standee, and a t-shirt.
University of Miami Women's Commission records
The University of Miami Women’s Commission records document the social activities of the University of Miami Women’s Commission and include audio-visual materials, awards, event programs and flyers, publications, and photographs. It also contains reports and documents chronicling the history and development of the organization.

Included among the objects are medallions, cups, bags, hats, gowns, golf balls, t-shirts, parking decals, signs, logos, blankets, plush toys, collecting cards, footballs, and other assorted items.

Women in Warfare feminism teaching materials
This collection contains the class schedule, reading list, teaching notes, student essays and presentations, photographic materials, as well as scholarly articles and news reports on feminism. The materials come from the course political science course, POL391: Women in Warfare, taught by Dr. Martha Lizabeth Phelps in spring 2016.

Haitian Student Organization collection
Haitian Student Organization collection consists of memorabilia kept in a time capsule, such as organizational records, event brochures, meeting minutes, newsletters, photographs, the Haitian national flag, and news clippings, buried on October 16, 2004 and opened on October 18, 2014. The collection was donated by the Planet Kreyol Haitian Student Organization of the University of Miami to the University Archives in January 2015.
The donor, Planet Kreyol, was founded in 1993 at the University of Miami as the Haitian Student Organization and later renamed as Planet Kreyol. Their mission is to promote cultural awareness while servicing the community and preserving the ancestry of Haiti.

Faculty Senate Legislation and Faculty Manual collection
The collection consists of meeting agendas, legislation, faculty manual, and memoranda generated by University of Miami's Faculty Senate and collected by representatives of Otto G. Richter Library from the 1990s to present. Only the authorized personnel by the University Archives can access the materials.

Peruyera, Campus Planning and Programing” dated June 1, 1995. Another report was added in 2011, the University Campus District annual report.
