The Charles Lewis Morgan papers consist of one box of materials and total one-half cubic foot of files. The papers contain copies of several poems, as well as "In Memorium," and correspondence dated 1969 to 1970. "In Memorium" includes addresses given by faculty during a memorial service for Morgan in addition to a selection of Morgan's poems. Correspondence discusses the possible publication of Morgan's works and contributions to the memorial service.

Clark Mixon Emery papers

The Clark Mixon Emery papers consists of materials regarding the 20th century modernist expatriate American poet Ezra Pound (1885-1972).

A total of 53 letters and postcards by Ezra Pound addressed mostly to Emery written from September 4th, 1951 to August 1st, 1959 are held in this collection, predominantly written during Pound's stay in the St. Elizabeth Hospital where he was treated for mental illness until 1958. Some letters by his wife Dorothy are included as well. Most of the letters are typed, and about half are signed. Many of the letters concern Emery's work on his 1958 monograph Ideas Into Action; A Study of Pound's Cantos. In others Pound writes about his complacency in the hospital and his eagerness to depart, and discusses the work of Emery's student Ronald Perry. In addition to the letters the envelopes are preserved as well. Photocopies of the letters and envelopes are included in the collection.

Other correspondence held in the collection concerns Ezra Pound and his Cantos. These include letters from Pound's daughter, Mary de Rachewitz, to Emery; letters from Sheri Martinelli and Ronald Perry, also 20th century American poets, to Emery; a letter from Walton Brooks McDaniel, former teacher and friend of Pound, to Archie McNeal, former university librarian of the University of Miami Libraries, regarding Emery's work on Pound; and photocopies of other letters by Pound not addressed to Emery. Some of Ronald Perry's poetry, and two photographs of Sherri Martinelli's paintings of Ezra Pound, are included as well.

The other materials in the collection are as follows: essays by and about Pound from the 1950s; transcripts of broadcasts by Pound from December 7, 1941 to June 28, 1942; The Analyst, "A Guide to Ezra's Cantos"; a January 1948 issue of "Four Pages," regarding Pound's poetry; an "Ezra Pound for President" pamphlet; The Pound newsletter #1-10 from January 1954 to April 1956; Strike periodical #1-3, #5-6, #8-10 from June 1955 to June 1956; Amagogic & Paideuminic Review #5-6 and an October 1959 issue; a 1952 typescript titled "Die Pisaner Gesänge" by Rainer M. Gerhardt; and other periodicals, newspapers, and clippings.

In addition, its purpose is promoting Spanish traditions, history and culture. The materials consist of official correspondence, Public Acts, information about Spanish and Cuban History presented on various conferences, clippings and folders discussing Spanish castles, museums, cities and achievements of King Carlos III, as well as clippings about historical research of Dr. Carlos Fernandes-Shaw, the information about conferences, which took place at Koubek Center, Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, corporate and tax documents, financial records including budgets, minutes of meetings of directors, treasury correspondence, membership forms and materials with historical research for speeches.

The Cuban Museum of Arts and Culture Records contains institutional records and historial materials produced and/or collected by the Cuban Museum of Arts in Culture during its operation in the late 20th century in Miami.

The institutional records series consists of the operational records of the business activities of the Cuban Museum of Arts and Culture. Materials include financial records, official correspondence, board of directors meetings minutes, policies and procedures, exhibition planning documents, project proposals, artists' files, and resumes.

The historical materials series include paintings, lithographs, photographs, drawings by Cuban artists, original musical scores and songs, slides of art work, programs, clippings with reviews of exhibits, correspondence, posters, objects. The series also includes personal papers and photographs of Emilio Bacardí and other family members, which have been digitized on the University of Miami Digital Collections website. Other personal papers of note that have been arranged together include the personal papers of Carlos Hevia, Don Azpiazu, and Natalio Galán. Azpiazu's and Galán's papers include significant music holdings.

The Darío Espina Pérez papers document professional activities of Darío Espina Pérez in capacity of founder and president of Academia Poética de Miami, writer of books on history and literature, poet, lawyer and agricultural engineer.  Bulk of the material consists of correspondence, and many letters relate to operations of Academia Poética de Miami.  The material also includes bulletin of the College of Agricultural Engineers, invitations, typescripts of essays about poetry, a typescript of an essay by Espina Pérez titled "En torno a la Illiada," which is a literary analysis of Homer's Illiad, biographies of various  participants in Forum of Miami, typescripts of poems by Espina Pérez and clippings.

The scrapbooks document the affairs and activities of the chapter primarily by means of photographs and clippings, but often a contextual or historical narrative is added as well. A few materials, largely yearbooks of other chapters or conference proceedings, not specifically from the Coral Gables chapter are also included.
