It consists of UM Commencement Programs in print (1927-2014), UM Commencement Recordings (2003-2014), UM Commencement Photographs (2002-2009), UM Commencement Hard Drives, and UM Commencement Scripts (2003-2009) transferred from the University of Miami's Office of Commencement.
The University of Miami celebrated its first annual Giving Day on April 8, 2019, which was a 24-hour online and social media extravaganza that brought together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the UM community in an effort to support, celebrate, and give back to the University. This particular day was chosen because the University of Miami was officially incorporated on April 8, 1925.

The Lowe Art Museum collection contains records, reports, correspondence, cookbooks, publications, and other documents pertaining to the museum's publicity, administration, and events.
The collection consists of memorabilia commemorating anniversaries and special events by the University of Miami, its schools and departments, athletic programs, student groups, and affiliated organizations. Included among the objects are medallions, cups, bags, hats, gowns, golf balls, t-shirts, parking decals, signs, logos, blankets, plush toys, collecting cards, footballs, and other assorted items.
The majority of the items found in this collection are photographs, negatives, and contact sheets of university buildings, its people, and events taken by the Office of Media Relations from the 1940s to the 1990s. Press releases, university publications, correspondence, and other materials created by the department are also available in the collection.
