This collection contains materials from the University of Miami's 75th Anniversary celebration. The materials in this collection include news clippings, memorabilia, posters, t-shirts, correspondence, general ephemera, reports, photographs, pamphlets, programs, invitations, announcements, and other materials related to the event planning among the different schools, colleges, and divisions.

This collection documents the nine-week worker's strike and protest by University of Miami's janitors who were a part of the Service Employee International Union (SEIU) in 2006. The collection contains audio-visual materials (CDs and DVDs), correspondence, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, newsletters, posters, memos, and contracts.

The majority of the items found in this collection are photographs, negatives, and contact sheets of university buildings, its people, and events taken by the Office of Media Relations from the 1940s to the 1990s. This collection contains an array of materials that document the history and legacy of the University of Miami Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Contained within are photographs, audio-visual materials, publications, news and magazine clippings, sports statistics, contracts, questionnaires, and topical files.

Una Austin Week, whose maiden name was Una Austin, was a professional concert mezzo-soprano singer performed in London, England in the 1910s.  The collection contains professional portrait photographs, concert programs, and press clippings of her performance appeared in newspapers and telegraphs.

The School of Music, Lucas Drew collection contains a varied selection of programs, news clippings, schedules, brochures, newsletters, and other miscellaneous papers, mainly from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music.

This collection contains performance programs, brochures, graphics, ephemera, slides, press releases, news clippings, photographs, negatives, and other assorted records and reports from the University of Miami's Ring Theatre.

This collection contains the historical records of the University of Miami's Phi Lambda Pi, the honor society for married women. These records include correspondence, clippings, newsletters, reports, yearbooks, and minutes dating from the 1970s to the 1990s.

This collection includes administrative documents, news clippings, tapes (betacam and VHS), correspondence, photo albums, programs, ephemera, certificates of membership, meeting minutes, bulletins, scrapbooks, and other archival material prepared by the University of Miami chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society.

This collection documents the career of the University of Miami President Henry King Stanford (April 22, 1916 – January 1, 2009). Contained within are correspondence to and from Henry King Stanford, newspaper clippings, photographs, speeches, research files, scrapbooks, ephemera, and memorabilia that once belonged to him.

Haitian Student Organization collection consists of memorabilia kept in a time capsule, such as organizational records, event brochures, meeting minutes, newsletters, photographs, the Haitian national flag, and news clippings, buried on October 16, 2004 and opened on October 18, 2014.  The collection was donated by the Planet Kreyol Haitian Student Organization of the University of Miami to the University Archives in January 2015.

The donor, Planet Kreyol, was founded in 1993 at the University of Miami as the Haitian Student Organization and later renamed as Planet Kreyol. Their mission is to promote cultural awareness while servicing the community and preserving the ancestry of Haiti.
