The Florida Philharmonic, Inc. Records contain financial records, administrative files, and scrapbooks pertaining to the Greater Miami Philharmonic, which later became known as the Florida Philharmonic under conductor Brian Priestman.

A rich collection of graphic design prints, transparencies, sketches, mock-ups, and maquettes, as well as promotional materials (pamphlets, flyers, leaflets, brochures, advertisements) created by Erwin G. Harris and his design firm. Included within are commercial advertising materials for hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions in Florida, other parts of the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean; wines and spirits; and other companies, such as IGENE Biotechnology, Scopitone, and Mastro Plastics.

The collection also includes correspondence to and from Erwin G. Harris, photographs, advertisement proposals, resumes, biographies, portfolios and other documents pertaining to Harris and Company Advertising, and Inc. and Erwin G. Harris’ other businesses, along with legal documents, correspondence, and news clipping detailing Harris' feud with the Cuban government under Fidel Castro during the early 1960s.

The William C. House Papers includes Pan American World Airways, Inc. posters, personal correspondence with Norman Rockwell, photographs of House and Rockwell from their around the world trip aboard Pan American World Airways, Inc., and World War II (WWII, WW2) propaganda material. William House was an executive with the advertising firm, J. Walter Thompson.

This collection contains scrapbooks, postcards, brochures, travel itineraries, and other promotional materials related to the cruising industry operating out of Miami, Florida as collected and compiled by Russell F. Nansen, a travel executive and consultant who worked for Royal Caribbean Cruises for 21 years.

The Little Palm Island Collection consists of a promotional packet from the Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, containing ephemera such as brochures and hotel restaurant menus. The island resort, located three miles offshore in the Atlantic Ocean and 28 miles east of Key West, has its own unique history. Well known visitors have included President Harry Truman and his wife, John Foster Dulles, and Admiral Bull Halsey. The island was also the setting of the 1962 Warner Brothers production, "PT 109", a biographical war film about John F. Kennedy's naval service during World War II.

This collection contains exhibit promotional materials, correspondence, periodicals, news clippings, sketchbooks, art work, photographs, audio-visual materials (VHS, CD-Rs, floppy disks, Hi8 videocassette tapes), administrative files, and other related archival materials from the local Miami artist, Karen Rifas.

Collection consists of correspondence, various iterations of Gottlieb-Roberts' art work (from drafts to finals), photographs (including slides and Polaroids), promotional materials, video cassettes (VHS, U-Matic, L-750) of performances, press, and more, from the 1970s through the 1990s.
