The University of Miami submits annual reports to the City of Coral Gables regarding any changes to the Campus Master Plan.
The reports were prepared by the Real Estate, Campus Planning, Construction Office of the University of Miami.
Currently, the University Archives holds the 2011 annual report submitted on June 1, 2011.

This collection provides records of the commencement ceremonies held by all the schools and departments of the University of Miami since 1927. It consists of UM Commencement Programs in print (1927-2014), UM Commencement Recordings (2003-2014), UM Commencement Photographs (2002-2009), UM Commencement Hard Drives, and UM Commencement Scripts (2003-2009) transferred from the University of Miami's Office of Commencement.

The English/Spanish and Spanish/English dictionary, 2nd edition, was published by Editorial America, S.A. in Panama. It is in 412 pages and lists 38,400 words and its meanings.
The Direccion General of the publication was Dr. Maria Eloisa Alvarez de Real, the Subdirector was Carlos Roman, and the representative of the University of Miami was Dr. Gerald G. Curtis.

University of Miami Digital Documentation Project
The collection consists of CDs and reports on demolished buildings on the University of Miami's Coral Gables campus. The CDs contain current (2011) and historical photographs and blueprints of the buildings. The reports list thumbnail images and descriptions and blueprints of the photographs.
The study was conducted for the University of Miami by Elizabeth Chifari of Holland & Knight in Miami. The historical images and building plans in the reports were provided by the University Archives.

Historical Photograph Collection holds over 500,000 photographs, negatives, and slides that document the University’s growth from the 1920s through the presidency of Henry King Stanford in the 1970s. The collection is especially rich in images showcasing UM sports, the expansion of each campus, student life, and special events such as commencement ceremonies.

The University Archives holds volumes from 1939 to 2004. Some issues have been bound and titled "University of Miami Class Schedule" on spine.
