This series (boxes 1-2) contains quarterly reports prepared by José Fernández Partagás for the Environmental Research Laboratories of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (ERL-NOAA) in the 1990s on storms dating from 1877 through 1908 as well as storm tracks from 1851 through 1910.
