Dr. Stephen Duncan loaned Helm moneyin Mississippi by mortgaging land in Lousiana; Helm claimed that Duncan was guilty of usury when he tried to make Helm pay the interest on the loan. Opinion is undated and unsigned; several precendent cases mentioned, and words missing occasionally which break up important sentences.It appears the case was decided in favor of Dr. Duncan.
