Congreso Internacional de Jóvenes Cubanos Collection
Collection includes circular letters, promotional material, programs etc. of the International Congress of Cuban Youth held in Eden Rock Hotel, Miami Beach, from August 31, 1990 to September 2, 1990. The materials also consist of typescripts, clippings and posters.

The Miami Beach Jaycees is a Florida chapter of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees for short). The not-for profit organization was founded in 1920 and has provided opportunities for men and women between the ages of 18 to 40 to develop leadership skills through community service. The Junior Chamber of Commerce International Headquarters was moved to Miami Beach in 1955.
The Miami Beach Jaycees Scrapbook documents the civic activities of the Miami Beach Junior Chamber of Commerce form 1952-1954. The collection consists primarily of photographs of conventions and social activities of the organization as well as newspaper clippings, documents, and a 1952-1953 yearbook of Miami Beach Jaycee.
Art Deco District National Historic Register Nomination Files

Materials in this series relates mostly to the nomination of the Miami Beach Art Deco district for the National Register of Historic Places.
Bulk dates are the period of nomination around 1977-1978, with outlying dates as early as 1959 and as late as 1995.
Documents include maps, periodical clippings, reports, property lists, building profiles, national historic register nomination documents, and Miami Design Preservation league ephemera such as stickers, fliers, and greeting cards.

Aristides J. Millas Postcard Collection

The bulk of this collection consists of postcards of Miami Beach and Greater Miami-Dade county, with representation of other areas in Florida depicting architecture, landscape, and scenes of travel and leisure, such as the International Pan American Airport, Miami Florida, the Hialeah Race Course, The Naples Hotel, Naples-on-the-Gulf, Florida, the Casino at Las Olas Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, the Ringling Mansion in Sarasota, FL, and many more. Materials mostly consist of postcards, color illustrations, and souvenir picture books. This collection was indexed by the Architecture Research Center as a project to commemorate the contributions of Aristides J. Millas, a beloved professor of the University of Miami School of Architecture, and as a resource for students, faculty and external researchers seeking historic images of Florida.

Allan T. Shulman Historic Preservation & Conservation Reports
This collection contains a selection of historic preservation reports prepared by Architect, Allan T. Shulman. The majority of the surveys are of Miami Beach architecture from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s and one report for Hialeah Park and its immediate environs. This collection holds the distinction of providing a documentation of recommendations for the preservation, restoration and conservation of the sub-tropical building environment with an emphasis on the architecture of the resort/hospitality industry in Miami Beach.

The Florida Menu collection is comprised of both vintage and contemporary menus originating from restaurants all around Florida, which depict a unique part of Florida's culinary, agricultural, and commercial history. Origins of these menus currently include Miami, Miami Beach, Bradenton, Brandon, Coral Gables, Key West, Pembroke Pines, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Hallandale, Kissimmee, and Jacksonville. New menus will be added periodically to the collection as they are acquired.
This collection contains audio cassettes and sound reels with transcripts of interviews of South Florida personalities by Polly Redford for her book The Billion-Dollar Sandbar: A Biography of Miami Beach (1970).
