The Band of the Hour collection contains photograph albums, photographs, programs, certificates, sheet music, cards, newspaper clippings, memorabilia, plaque, posters, and other ephemera pertaining to University of Miami Frost School of Music's Band of the Hour.

This collection contains records from the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Department of Ophthalmology, administrative documents, development documents, materials from the Eye bank, Allied papers, Edward W. D. Norton's papers, general files, architectural designs and planning documents, papers from other notable faculty and administrators, newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, awards, plaques, ephemera, and audio-visual materials.

The Beaux Arts collection consists of scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, brochures, photographs, and magazines related to the Beaux Arts Organization and the annual Beaux Arts Festival that takes place in South Florida, which is usually co-hosted by University of Miami.

This collection contains memos, correspondence, application materials, scrapbooks, historical information, certificates, scholarships, invitations, and photographs documenting the history of the Delta Theta Mu University of Miami Chapter.

Elizabeth Erickson was an instructor in the University of Miami's physical education program during 1928 and 1931. Her collection contains black and white photographs of students and colleagues in the program, other UM-related subjects, and Miami.

There is also a 2-page essay titled "Physical Education Program, University of Miami, 1928-1931, Elizabeth (Betty) Erickson, Instructor" in the collection.  It was written especially for the UM Archives and received on March 31, 1975.

Haitian Student Organization collection consists of memorabilia kept in a time capsule, such as organizational records, event brochures, meeting minutes, newsletters, photographs, the Haitian national flag, and news clippings, buried on October 16, 2004 and opened on October 18, 2014.  The collection was donated by the Planet Kreyol Haitian Student Organization of the University of Miami to the University Archives in January 2015.

The donor, Planet Kreyol, was founded in 1993 at the University of Miami as the Haitian Student Organization and later renamed as Planet Kreyol. Their mission is to promote cultural awareness while servicing the community and preserving the ancestry of Haiti.

The Henry Fillmore collection includes the following items: papers, photos, memorabilia, publications, and plaques documenting the career of American musician, Henry Fillmore (1881-1956).

This collection documents the career of the University of Miami President Henry King Stanford (April 22, 1916 – January 1, 2009). Contained within are correspondence to and from Henry King Stanford, newspaper clippings, photographs, speeches, research files, scrapbooks, ephemera, and memorabilia that once belonged to him.

This collection contains photographs originally from the 1950s that were used to create the Ibis yearbooks of that era.

This collection contains 9 black and white promotional photographs of classes taught in the Industrial Education Department of the University of Miami in 1951. The photographs show classes in bookbinding, printing, working with plastics and sheet metal, welding, and woodworking.  The size of the photos are 7.5 x 9.5 inches glued onto 8 x10 inch matte boards.

In addition, there are two press articles about the department (1954 and 1955) and brochures promoting the profession of industrial art teacher (no date).

This collection contains photographs, handbooks, correspondence, and other administrative documents created and collected by the Iota Alpha Pi Sorority.

The University of Miami Iron Arrow Honor Society collection contains the official records of the Society dating from 1926 to the present. Items in the collection include organizational records, member directories, programs, bulletins, event ephemera, resumes, periodicals, awards, correspondence, financial records, press releases, photographs, photograph albums, flags, clippings, and jackets worn by the members. 

The James S. Penny photograph collection contains 36 black and white photographs taken by University of Miami Journalism Professor James S. Penny and his students depicting University of Miami and other Miami-related subjects from 1948 to 1952.

There are two folders in this collection, the first of which is titled "33 Photographs taken by James Penny (Prof of Journalism at U of M) and his students from 1948-1952."  The second folder is titled "U of M students of Journalism - 1 photograph; and Exhibition at the U of Missouri of the Annual Photography Contest Winners - 2 photographs."

The Mildred Merrick collection consists of administrative documents, organization reports, ephemera, correspondence, postcards, travel photos, audio tapes, and other items collected by Mrs. Merrick, who was a former reference and acquisition librarian at the University of Miami Libraries.

The Olga Espejo photograph collection consists of photo reproductions of rare maps held by the Special Collections of Otto G. Richter Library used for her 1995 publication "The West Indies and Florida to 1900: An annotated carto-bibliography." 

This collection contains awards, bylaws, ephemera, membership lists, pamphlets, newsletters, photographs, reports, procedures, and manuals pertaining to the Pi Omega Pi Chapter in University of Miami.

A collection of negatives, photographs, color transparencies, audio-visual materials taken by Pyramid of University of Miami buildings and events.

The collection consists of over 100 images taken in the early 1960s by Richard Riker, who was a photographer for Ibis when he studied at the University of Miami.
