The O, Miami collection holds memorabilia associated with the literary organization and their events and publications. The materials document many of the inventive techniques used to promote poetry during their annual O, Miami Poetry Festival, including poetry parking tickets and poems in the form of lottery scratch off tickets. Other events documented include the organization's visiting writers series, and their collaborations with Pages and Spreads, another local literary organization. The collection also includes chapbooks/zines that collect poems and writings from local Miami writers.

Erwin G. Harris archive of advertising and commercial art
A rich collection of graphic design prints, transparencies, sketches, mock-ups, and maquettes, as well as promotional materials (pamphlets, flyers, leaflets, brochures, advertisements) created by Erwin G. Harris and his design firm. Included within are commercial advertising materials for hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions in Florida, other parts of the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean; wines and spirits; and other companies, such as IGENE Biotechnology, Scopitone, and Mastro Plastics.
The collection also includes correspondence to and from Erwin G. Harris, photographs, advertisement proposals, resumes, biographies, portfolios and other documents pertaining to Harris and Company Advertising, and Inc. and Erwin G. Harris’ other businesses, along with legal documents, correspondence, and news clipping detailing Harris' feud with the Cuban government under Fidel Castro during the early 1960s.

University of Miami Giving Day Memorabilia collection
The University of Miami celebrated its first annual Giving Day on April 8, 2019, which was a 24-hour online and social media extravaganza that brought together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the UM community in an effort to support, celebrate, and give back to the University. This particular day was chosen because the University of Miami was officially incorporated on April 8, 1925.
The collection contains a cardboard "giving box," filled with promotional posters, flyers, postcards, and other memorabilia, such as a luggage tag, balloons, an acrylic standee, and a t-shirt.
The Florida Ephemera collection contains posters, political tracts, programs, pamphlets and other ephemera relating to the history of Florida.
University of Miami campus architecture collection
The historical blueprints and the drawings of UM buildings are important components of the University Archives. The items in the collection are identified by building name, architect, location, types of materials, and date. Materials range in date from the earliest days of the University in the 1920s to current day materials.

This collection features several posters documenting the AIDS awareness movement from the 80's to the present to educate people about the HIV/AIDS epidemic and prevent its spread in various countries of the world. Nations currently represented in the collection are Brazil, Germany, United States, and South Africa.
The Reynaldo Rey collection consists of programs, a poster and a music album of a Cuban singer, Reynaldo Rey, who has received several awards for his performances in Cuba, Latin America and in Miami.

Antonio Fernández Reboiro collection
The Antonio Fernández Reboiro collection contains materials and artwork collected and created by Cuban artist Antonio Fernández Reboiro. A large part of the collection consists of art books and periodicals, books on the Orquestra Nacional de España, and materials on Hispanic theater, all predominantly dating from the 1970s to 1980s. The other large part of the collection is made up of posters with original artwork by Reboiro for various film and theater productions, many of which were for Cuban productions.

The Youth Crime Watch of Dade County (YCW) serves Miami-Dade county schools in responding to requests for services from school faculty representatives on youth crime prevention presentations and YCW program implementation trainings.
The Youth Crime Watch of Dade County Collection consists primarily of arts and crafts items, all titled "A Safe and Perfect World", which were created by Dade County students. The collection also contains several poems, a laminated scrapbook titled "Give the World a Hand!", and various clippings from local newspapers.
