This collection contains records from the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Department of Ophthalmology, administrative documents, development documents, materials from the Eye bank, Allied papers, Edward W. D. Norton's papers, general files, architectural designs and planning documents, papers from other notable faculty and administrators, newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, awards, plaques, ephemera, and audio-visual materials.
The Beaux Arts collection consists of scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, brochures, photographs, and magazines related to the Beaux Arts Organization and the annual Beaux Arts Festival that takes place in South Florida, which is usually co-hosted by University of Miami.
Haitian Student Organization collection consists of memorabilia kept in a time capsule, such as organizational records, event brochures, meeting minutes, newsletters, photographs, the Haitian national flag, and news clippings, buried on October 16, 2004 and opened on October 18, 2014. The collection was donated by the Planet Kreyol Haitian Student Organization of the University of Miami to the University Archives in January 2015.
The donor, Planet Kreyol, was founded in 1993 at the University of Miami as the Haitian Student Organization and later renamed as Planet Kreyol. Their mission is to promote cultural awareness while servicing the community and preserving the ancestry of Haiti.

This collection contains 9 black and white promotional photographs of classes taught in the Industrial Education Department of the University of Miami in 1951. The photographs show classes in bookbinding, printing, working with plastics and sheet metal, welding, and woodworking. The size of the photos are 7.5 x 9.5 inches glued onto 8 x10 inch matte boards.
In addition, there are two press articles about the department (1954 and 1955) and brochures promoting the profession of industrial art teacher (no date).

The School of Music, Lucas Drew collection contains a varied selection of programs, news clippings, schedules, brochures, newsletters, and other miscellaneous papers, mainly from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music.
The collection consists of memorandums, correspondence, and a brochure written by the Housing Office of the University of Miami for married students from 1967 to 1972. It also includes several issues of “Married Student News” written by the Married Student Association of the university from 1971 to 1972.
