Photographs are arranged in chronological order by decade within Sub-series and sub-subseries ; A & further subdivided by categories such as ‘portraits’, ‘group photographs’ ‘official events and visits’, etc. under each sub-series; I grouped by subject sub-subseries with folders listed alphabetically by name; sub-subseries 2, public works, arranged in broad categories by type of work (e.g. bridges, roads).
