The Cuban Photograph Collection spans a wide range of topics and time periods related to Cuba and the Cuban diaspora.

System of arrangement

This collection has been digitized. Photographs with a digital identification number of 1-3874 are arranged physically by the folder title assigned to the photograph during the digitization process. Beginning with photograph with digital identification number 3875, the materials are physically arranged in sequential order according to digital identification number. The digital identification number can be found in the "Digital ID" field in the digitized collection's description box.

Oversize photographs are stored in oversize boxes and stored according to folder title subject and, after digital identification number 4130, sequentially according to digital identification number. Oversize materials are indicated in the "Container Information" field in the digital collection's description box. Two boxes of glass plate negatives are stored in separate boxes.
