This collection contains 9 black and white promotional photographs of classes taught in the Industrial Education Department of the University of Miami in 1951. The photographs show classes in bookbinding, printing, working with plastics and sheet metal, welding, and woodworking.  The size of the photos are 7.5 x 9.5 inches glued onto 8 x10 inch matte boards.

In addition, there are two press articles about the department (1954 and 1955) and brochures promoting the profession of industrial art teacher (no date).

This collection contains annual reports, memorabilia, news articles, reports, certificates, meeting minutes, photographs, legislative documents, signs, and materials from the Undergraduate Student Body Government (USBG), which had been collected and maintained by the former Vice President for Student Affairs of University of Miami, William R. Butler. This collection also contains the series of interviews, captured on VHS and U-matic, that he conducted while working at University of Miami.

This collection contains materials regarding University of Miami Women's Equity initiatives. Materials housed within the collection include the following: news articles, correspondence, bibliographies, curriculums, reports, evaluations, brochures, guides, newsletters, programs, inventories, surveys, publications, and audio-visual materials (audiocassettes, beta max tapes, reel-to-reel tapes).
