History

Regan was the first Dean for the School of Architecture, which was separated from the College of Engineering on June 1, 1983 to become the first school of architecture at a private institution in the state of Florida. Regan received his Bachelor of Architecture at Auburn University, Alabama, in 1964, and earned his Graduate Diploma in 1973 from the School of Architecture in London, England.
