This collection largely contains materials and personal items from noted Eastern Airlines pilot, Arthur W. Dunlop, and his family members, Patricia H. Dunlop and Lorraine F. Dunlop. Dr. Robert M. Levine (1941-2003) was the Gabelli Senior Scholar in the Arts and Sciences, Director of Latin American Studies, and professor of history at the University of Miami. Throughout his career, Dr. Levine exhibited a strong interest in Brazilian cultural and political history, Jewish Diasporas in Latin America, Cuban history, and Latin American history in general. His collection contains publications (many written by himself), audio-visual materials, photographs, and photograph albums.

This collection contains articles, screenplays, research notes, drafts, and other writings by John Underwood, as well as research files, audiovisual materials, and clippings. His research topics included former Florida State Senator George A. Smathers, sports, Disney, and South Florida. His collection also contains correspondence, his personal files, photograph albums, scrapbooks, his University of Miami files, and ephemera.

The Band of the Hour collection contains photograph albums, photographs, programs, certificates, sheet music, cards, newspaper clippings, memorabilia, plaque, posters, and other ephemera pertaining to University of Miami Frost School of Music's Band of the Hour.

The University of Miami Iron Arrow Honor Society collection contains the official records of the Society dating from 1926 to the present. Items in the collection include organizational records, member directories, programs, bulletins, event ephemera, resumes, periodicals, awards, correspondence, financial records, press releases, photographs, photograph albums, flags, clippings, and jackets worn by the members. 

This album contains 126 color photographs and 2 CDs that captured the damage caused by Hurricane Wilma on the Coral Gables campus in 2005. The pictures were taken by the University of Miami Department of Risk Management on October 23 and 24, 2005 and donated to the University Archives in 2008.

Established in 1951, the Coconut Grove Garden Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the study, practice, and appreciation of horticulture. This collection contains photograph albums, Plymouth Congregational Church registers, and other records held by the Coconut Grove Garden Club.

Tanner collection contains the following items: a scrapbook with various portraits of historical figures, a diary with notes on wills, an autograph scrapbook (including an autograph from President Ulysses Grant), a photostat copy of a letter by George Washington, an 1822 watercolor sketchbook, two photographs, a catalog and receipt from the Coral Gables Godspeed Bookshop, a 1743 pamphlet titled "Relation de la victorie Remporteé sur les Imperiaux, par les troupes du Roy, & celles du Roy de Serdaigne, dans la Bataille donneé prés de Guastalla, le 19 du mois dernier," and other pamphlets, clippings, programs, and prints.

The Alan Crockwell Collection contains a variety of materials from different sources that document the history of Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and greater Miami-Dade County. Much of the content is related to Ralph Middleton Munroe and his family. Topically, the papers also address criminal history in Miami-Dade County, historic buildings in Coconut Grove including the Barnacle and the Coconut Grove Library, the history of the University of Miami, and the early settling of Miami-Dade County. The dates of items range from 1873 into the 1970s.

The papers consists primarily of photographs, including an album, of various University of Miami field classes in botany, zoology and marine biology. The collection also includes newspaper clippings featuring Dr. E.M. Miller, Head of the zoology department at the University of Miami.

This collection contains records from the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Department of Ophthalmology, administrative documents, development documents, materials from the Eye bank, Allied papers, Edward W. D. Norton's papers, general files, architectural designs and planning documents, papers from other notable faculty and administrators, newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, awards, plaques, ephemera, and audio-visual materials.

The collection contains scrapbooks created by Anita Arroyo, a journalist, professor, and historian.

This collection contains correspondence, manuscript drafts, notebooks, drawings, sketchbooks, photographs, planners, journals, college notebooks, and other ephemera from Gloria Grasmuck's notable life and career as an artist, writer, and translator.

Haitian Women of Miami-Fanm Ayisyen Nan Miyami (FANM) was founded in 1991 to work for the "social and political empowerment" of Haitian women and their families. FANM is an advocacy and social service agency in Little Haiti and serves the needs of low income women and their families as well as victims of abuse, neglect, violence, discrimination and racism.

The records include correspondence, flyers, posters and educational publications as well as photographs of rallies and events from the Haitian Women of Miami.  Scrapbooks and newspapers from Haiti and the diaspora- such as "Le Floridien" and "The Haitian Times"- document political events and ongoing activism of women organizations, immigrant activists as well as local community happenings. The collection also includes substantial documentation of the activism of one of the organization's most notable activists, Marleine Bastien.
