The Band of the Hour collection contains photograph albums, photographs, programs, certificates, sheet music, cards, newspaper clippings, memorabilia, plaque, posters, and other ephemera pertaining to University of Miami Frost School of Music's Band of the Hour.

This collection contains records from the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Department of Ophthalmology, administrative documents, development documents, materials from the Eye bank, Allied papers, Edward W. D. Norton's papers, general files, architectural designs and planning documents, papers from other notable faculty and administrators, newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, awards, plaques, ephemera, and audio-visual materials.

The Elizabeth Wright collection predominantly contains materials relating to Richard Wagner and family members. The materials cover a wide range, including memorabilia, such as a Wagner-themed card game and a ceramic plaque of Richard Wagner, an original note by Siegfried Wagner and facsimiles of letters by Wagner, original photographs of Wagner family members as well as facsimiles and prints of Richard Wagner and others, original advertisements and programs of Wagner's operas, a radio transcript and a typescript about Wagner's composition and staging, and a series of prints depicting scenes from Wagner's operas.

There are also several items not related to Wagner. These are a letter from W. Somerset Maugham, an autographed print of mezzo-soprano Mariana Paunova, and prints of other composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, Liszt, and Richter.

The Henry Fillmore collection includes the following items: papers, photos, memorabilia, publications, and plaques documenting the career of American musician, Henry Fillmore (1881-1956).

The collection is devoted to the National Catholic Welfare Conference of Miami. The bulk of materials consist of 35 photographs. The materials also include some plaques and diplomas, as well as, a photocopy of Leonardo Fernández-Marcané's article "Visión Poética del novelista Reinaldo Arenas,"published in Cuadernos del Lazarillo, no. 25 (July-December 2003), pp.97-103.

Originally established by W. L. Philbrick with Steve L. Stanfill, Jr., Philbrick Funeral Home served as an important landmark in the early 20th century, offering premium funeral services to the citizens of South Florida. It has since then been renamed to Philbrick-Stanfill Funeral Home and then Stanfill Funeral Home. This collection contains funerary records and burial information for those whose memorial services were performed under the original Phibrick Funeral Home leadership.

This collection contains materials donated by members of the University of Miami Black Alumni Society. Contained within are photographs, event announcements, calendars, certificates, memorabilia, programs, plaques, and publications.
