Peraza Sarausa, Fermín, 1907-1969

Fermín Peraza Sarausa (1907-1969) was a leading Cuban librarian and bibliographer who directed the Havana Municipal Library from 1933 until 1959, during which the institution grew into one of the most notable libraries in Latin America. He also edited the Revista Bibliográfica Cubana. He died in 1969 in the United States.

Julio Vera was a Cuban-American actor based in Miami. He was best known for his work in ¿Qué Pasa, U.S.A.?, the first bilingual sitcom broadcast in the United States, which followed a Cuban-American family living in Little Havana, Miami. The program ran from 1977-1980.
