A guideline handbook discussing four different types of prototypes; towns, villages, neighborhoods and edges for a community called NorthWest Crossing. The goal for the prototypes is to create a mixed use residential community that has a variety of housing types, sizes and price ranges. The site will have an elementary and high school, and will be developed with open space, public parks, trails, and employment centers, including an industrial park and two mixed-use commercial centers.
