"I’m an art photographer born in Caracas-Venezuela, based in Southern Florida. My father used to have a photography shop and at the age of thirteen I started assisting him in his business on weekends and vacations. I vividly recall when I saw the image slowly appearing in my developing tray for the first time, in the darkroom. That magic awakened my imagination then, and still does today. In 1974 I received a scholarship from “Canon de Venezuela” to study photography under the guidance of the renowned Spanish photographer and filmmaker Joaquín Cortés, at Foto-Expresión." -Description by Alberto Sisso
